What is HRIS
HRIS is the intersection of human resources and information technology through software that allows human resources activities and processes to be carried out electronically. The system is used to collect and store the organization's employee data and enhance the core functions required for end-to-end human resource management, such as recruiting and entry, performance management, learning, and development, vacation management, salary management, attendance. etc.

When we are discussing HRIS, Traditional HRIS software arranges fancy design and a large number of HR modules, but with an upward focus on the UX/UI of a dashboard, HRIS platforms are moving toward a simpler, more navigable design that works on both mobile and desktop platforms.
