DeleteImportant Topic.. Flexibility includes discovering ways of giving employees the opportunity to pick how and where they engage in work. Most managers are regularly vacillating on whether to offer flexibility and regardless of whether that will really translate to efficiency. As such, many bosses are afraid of changing the workplace and work style for fear that employee will become disengaged in their work. Both the employee and the employer's demands are addressed in a flexible workplace. Employee retention and engagement are frequently aided by workplace flexibility. Further, rigid or stipulated way of performing work will lead to boredom and less anxiety to perform the job which will lead to less productivity. Thereby every workplace has to situational spontaneous decision making depending on the situation. Further flexibility can be in placed when it comes to decision making too where every employee's ideas and inputs are gathered in making the final decision. Thank You.
